La vigésima entrega de nuestras BOD Series está protagonizada por Ne/Re/A (@nereadelrio), DJ y productora vasca afincada en Nueva York desde 2014. Desde entonces, forma parte de la escena underground queer de Brooklyn, siendo una habitual del club Basement y con residencia en el club Bossa Nova Civic Club con la fiesta Distrik1, donde invita DJs emergentes de la escena local así como internacionales.

Su sonido, que se ha ido gestando en la escena techno underground de Nueva York, se inclina hacia los sonidos industriales, con influencias EBM, electro y darkwave. Como muestra de ello, su set de hora y 20 minutos en exclusiva para Basques on Decks.

A collaboration EP release between Brooklyn based Ne/Re/A and Danny Clobber. "Time to Burn" is a collection of songs initially inspired by a remix from Danny Clobber of the 2018 track "Burn the Illusion" of Ne/Re/A, that led to a game of rework and re-imagination of each others subsequent versions of the tracks.  A journey from melodic techno to D&B, UK Garage to industrial techno that shows the production versatility and musical styles of both.

Over the past few years, Tauceti has established herself as one of the most distinctive voices of the new techno generation. Her performances, marked by rare elegance and striking maturity, offer deeply immersive listening experiences, where every detail matters.

At the crossroads of cinema, video games and digital arts, her sonic universe unfolds like a moving landscape. Blending techno and ambient, both her productions and her DJ sets place a strong emphasis on textures and sound design, shaping dense, organic and sensitive atmospheres in which sound itself becomes a language.

A resident DJ at Le Sucre in Lyon, Tauceti is also a producer acclaimed by her peers, with releases on leading labels such as Non Series, WSNWG, Semantica, 47, Denovali, and many more

PAX-SERIES XXIII welcomes the US-born musician and sound designer based in Japan @erikluebs. Eschewing typical genre tropes, Luebs approaches techno with a playfully disruptive technique, reinterpreting the fundamentals using built-from-scratch patches and labyrinthine sequencing.

Luebs engages in minimal promotion, focusing his efforts instead on producing a series of monthly singles on Bandcamp. Through word of mouth, his unconventional approach to dance music has led to releases on labels such as The Bunker New York and performances at DJ Nobu's Future Terror party in Japan.

Ireen Amnes is a Berlin/London-based artist, producer, and DJ who joins us for Episode 505.

She is a resident DJ at Tresor Berlin and has played at many iconic venues across Europe  and has received many accolades through her production exploits.  

Contributing to an Imogen Heap track and winning the prestigious Raster open call for Soundtrack Europe 2025 alongside Sorcery.

Presenting an explorative and meaningful journey she is a welcome addition to our series.

Function returns for a new podcast and a new year. The techno veteran and native New Yorker emerged out of the Big Apple in the heady days of the early 90s, think Jeff Mills and Limelight, before recordings on Synewave, Downwards and his own label Infrastructure started to surface. He went on to co-found the groundbreaking Sandwell District collective and eventually landed in Berlin, becoming a Berghain resident and part of the Ostgut roster within due course. The decades since have seen him cement his position as a forerunner of the techno genre, with releases such as his career defining Incubation and more recent Green EP (2023) timed as the relaunch of his infamous label. He continues to shape the landscape of electronic music with a stylistic approach that threads together gritty beats and delay heavy atmospheres, articulating a sound that’s emotional and merciless all at once. Bassiani Podcast 300 comes from his closing set at the club's season opening night back in September, and it’s got enough momentum and ideas to keep even the hungriest raver satisfied. Clocking in at just over seven hours, this one’s a true testament to Function’s skill and experience, channeling his three decades of musical exploration into a poker hot endurance set that moves from his classic tone to sweeter-toothed euphoria. It’s a colossal mix with industrial throughline, proof of Function’s staying power as one of techno’s greats.

Ne/Re/A is a Spanish DJ/producer based in Brooklyn, that merges main floor heavy hitters, industrial and hypnotic grooves meticulously and has been a regular in the Brooklyn techno scene and major clubs for years with her distinct energetic sets.  She is Resident DJ at MERGE, the Queer Techno rave in Brooklyn. She has done appearances across the US,  Europe (London, Paris, Barcelona, Berlin), Latin America (Colombia, Mexico), Asia (Tokyo, Taipei, Seoul) and in established clubs such as Berghain, Tresor or Basement.

Her productions are a blend between industrial techno, ebm and evolving melodic touches. "Your world took your future" EP was released in july 2020. She has remixed tracks for Alpha Sect, Rennst and release numerous tracks in record labels across US, Europe and Latin America for Soil, NOTT, Pildoras Tapes, Sinister Desires and Eclectic Reactions record labels.
