Representative of a genre-spanning style, Mat Zo is a producer who, at the mere age of 24, already has the kind of commitment to his artistry that should only really belong to the most versed artists. Sticking to his guns in spite of the demands of contemporary clubland, Zo prefers to adopt a more multi layered vision, forever exploring new ways to incorporate different styles into his sound. It's a unique take on the electronic music persuasion that even though it may not be typical of more EDM-orientated artists, it's reaping accolades for the LA-based producer all the same.

Set to explore the 170bpm spectrum in Room Two later this month where he joins drum & bass maestros Culture Shock and Fred V & Grafix inside the booth, we asked him to give us a little taste of what to expect by way of a brand new exclusive mix...
