Fantasy Island 2013 Warmup Mix

Hardcore DJ & Producer CHIMERA has came out of no where after having a couple of years under his belt thanks to the 23rd Precinct & Timecode Studios with his tracks already signed to Obsession Records, Vindicta Records (FR) and more. The style of his tracks cant quite be to put into a certain category with the techy synth noises you would expect from techno and such fused with the darker & harder edged ambience and kicks it stands out to be different.

Chimera has played at the UK's largest party's & festival's such as making his debut HTID - Sanctuary Outdoor 2012, BackToTheFuture, Twisted Event's - Impact & Darkside, Showtek Tour 2011 o2 Glasgow & the huge Master Of Hardcore World Tour at The Arches in Glasgow.

HTID In the Sun 2012 Spain With Lost Origin seen his first taste of a over sea venue then DJ'ing on the live broadcast of Thunderdome Radio NL on their Dominator/Nature One Special closing the show after Re-Style & Kasparov had to be a personal highlight of 2012.

With current productions being released on Obsession Records and Vindicta Recordings (France) the fan base is always expanding and support ranging from The DJ Producer, StrychNine (D.O.A) aswell support from Q-dance Radio's Ben Harder Show.

Keep an eye out on future releases in 2013 on Obsession Records and the first solo EP due out on Vindicta Records (FR)

A Ruffryder as they come: proud and thoroughly motivated to bring the latest and most energy packed beats to the crowd. Business is on, time to get ruff!

After the millennium bug craze lay down, Frank van Bracht decided to pick up playing vinyl in the early 2000's. Buying a set of turntables and slowly building up a collection of hardcore releases, Ruffryder entered the scene. As a local from the southern part of the Netherlands, Frank's first performance was set at 'Hardcore Impact', a party in his hometown of Venray. After this first performance Ruffryder immediately became a resident DJ at the event, in turn giving him the opportunity to further develop his DJ skills.

This eventually led to more and more bookings at local parties, as well as gigs throughout the rest of Holland. In 2004 he participated in a DJ contest organized by Wicked Hardcore and ended up as the winner. A year later he also won the DJ contest organized by Core Connexion.

During those years Ruffryder also got interested in the production side of music. It all started out with software, but his studio quickly expanded and in the end synthesizers, drum machines, an analogue mixing desk, and several other pieces of gear set the tone. His continuous passion for creating sounds and rhythm grew, and after exploring and experimenting with his equipment for quite some time, Ruffryder made his first public appearance as a producer ending up second in the 2006 Promo - 'We got to advance' remix contest.

Music and sound had become more and more of an obsession for Frank. And so, knowing he wanted to discover everything there is to producing music (in its broadest way), Ruffryder decided to follow a study in sound for 4 years. Shifting his focus from decks to studio and back, first results finally ended up at The Third Movement with his demo being signed by Promo and the resulting 2011 debut EP ' Mind your own business '.

A Ruffryder as they come: up and coming as a producer with fresh beats and a DJ who is ready to unleash his own material mixed with top hardcore picks. Proud and thoroughly motivated to bring the latest and most energy packed beats to the crowd. Business is on, time to get ruff

Lady Bex is professioneel begonnen met draaien in 2011 en heeft zich volledig gericht op de stijl Hardcore. Ze heeft interesse gekregen in het DJ zijn medio 2008 toen zij regelmatig omging met DJ Giovanni, Pendeho Records, en wist toen dat zij dit ook wilde doen. Echter was er bij haar ouders thuis geen mogelijkheid om te oefenen met draaien wegens gebrek aan DJ Gear.

In 2009 heeft zij Freeze leren kennen en hij heeft zijn DJ Gear meegenomen naar Etten-Leur zodat Lady Bex flink kon gaan oefenen met het draaien.

Lady Bex heeft u kunnen horen draaien op verschillende grote en kleine feesten, houdt haar pagina's in de gaten voor meer informatie!

Biography

Rebecca Nuijten, better known as Lady Bex, was born in Roosendaal and Nispen, grew up in St. Willibrord.

Lady Bex has been professionally started spinning records in 2011 and has focused on the Hardcore style. She has been interested in being a DJ in mid-2008 when she regularly dealt with DJ Giovanni, Pendeho Records and knew then that she wanted to do this. However, there was at her parents home no way of practice for lack of DJ Gear.

In 2009 she met Freeze and he has taken his DJ Gear to Etten-Leur so Lady Bex could get quite a practice run.
