Ahimsa (Sanskrit: अहिंसा, IAST: ahiṃsā, lit. 'nonviolence'; ), also spelled Ahinsa, is an ancient Indian principle of nonviolence which applies to all living beings. It is a key virtue in the Dhārmic religions: Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism.
Ahimsa is one of the cardinal virtues of Jainism, where it is first of the Pancha Mahavrata. It is also the first of the five precepts of Buddhism. Ahimsa is a multidimensional concept, inspired by the premise that all living beings have the spark of the divine spiritual energy; therefore, to hurt another being is to hurt oneself. 
Ahimsa has also been related to the notion that any violence has karmic consequences. While ancient scholars of Hinduism pioneered and refined the principles of Ahimsa, the concept also reached an extraordinary development in the ethical philosophy of Jainism. Lord Parsvanatha, the twenty-third tirthankara of Jainism, revived and preached the concept of non-violence in the 8th century BCE.
Mahavira, the twenty-fourth and the last tirthankara further strengthened the idea in the 6th century BCE.

Centaurus A [ @djleo_dorantes ] is the a.k.a. of the new Leo Dorantes project. The name comes from the galaxy NGC 5128 (Centauri´s constelation). Experimentation with native sounds from all continents, including ethnic, religious, spiritual and prehispanic influences from several cultures around the world gives life to this project. Rescuing and spreading the trascendental musical tradition to fuse it with downtempo deep rhythms all along with vanguard psychedelic elements that gets you into a real state of ceremonial trance. Through music he shows the transcendence of the sounds that our ancestors used to reach a higher state of awareness and pay tribute to the gods; a real spirit manifestation.

This track came to life because of the sounds that have a psychological and spiritual power in certain cultures: the mantras.

Our next release on Camel Riders is coming from SHASHA with her EP 'Cairo Dreaming' incl. remixes by RLHBSLCN, Tuba Twooz, Theo Gramal, and Gidor.
Sharon Mansur aka SHASHA is an extremely talented Pianist, Keyboard player, Composer and Producer.
She is touring non-stop around the globe as the keyboard player of several amazing bands such as Orphaned Land, Anna RF, Yossi Fine and Ben Aylon, and more. In recent years, SHASHA has been cultivating her very own electronic project, in addition to her project as a solo pianist.
'Cairo Dreaming' includes 4 original tracks and 4 splendid remixes.
First, we have 'Taqsim', a melodic musical intro that opens this musical celebration, just before the EP theme track. 'Cairo Dreaming' offers a delightful and solid Deep house-ish bass-line, fused with mesmerizing synth melodies, acidic sounds, and trippy yet heart-warming vocals, creating a cutting-edge futuristic and dreamy adventure. Following up next, we have 'House Of Saeed', which displays a cheerful melancholic vibe framed with divine organic elements and warm soulful synth melodies. The 4th original by SHASHA is 'This Is SHASHA', where virtuoso multi-layered synth riffs and melodies come together with exquisite electronic sounds creating an epic tune of middle eastern electronica. On remix duty, we have the pleasure to welcome four extremely talented producers with their debut release on our label. First, we have the Leipzig-based producer, Theo Gramal, which created a downtempo-ish remix for the EP theme track, giving it a rootfull organic interpretation with extremely pleasurable electronic sounds. Following up next we have the Argentinian producer Nicolas Behler aka RLHBSLCN, with his deep and darkish remix for 'House Of Saeed'. Next, we have the duo Tuba Twooz with their powerful and very fresh interpretation for 'This Is SHASHA', which will make you move non-stop. Last but not least, we are serving you an additional remix for 'This Is SHASHA' by Or Gido aka Gidor, which frames the original synth melodies with a darkish vibe full of edgy electronic sounds.
