Dear Ness is about how good I have it now in life in comparison to my past. It couldn't be done without the support of my family and friends to do better and be better in my life. I am glad I took the steps to embetter myself and do good and be good in this world.

You might not know any of it, maybe you might just know some of it, but its okay to ask.

I went to therapy all alone
I had to do it for my own 
I worked to the bone 
At first it was scary 
After that I found my clarity. 
Its was not an easy road
But It wasn’t easier before
I was told

I choose the path that will always lead me to my best 
It was my testament 
I found out how much strength I have 
I became emotionally intelligent 
Stop living in the past and I started living in the present 
Look at me I practiced mindfulness
Now I hold my head up high and show them who I am
