Arrogant apathy and proud mediocrity have become the hallmarks of music in society.  Verbal heist is the idea of taking back or if you will hijacking hip-hop back from the perpetrators. Verbal Heist is a collaboration with emcee ’s Kaboose from the Midwest  & Reveal from Los Angeles.

Verbal Heist is a song that will be featured on my upcoming project "Providence" dropping August 27th 2021. I want to thank everyone who made this video happen. This video was filmed in the city of Los Angeles. I decided to join the massive protest for Vanessa Guillen on July 25th 2020. I wrote this song in 2019. The motivation behind this song was all the double standards and injustices that I've personally either experienced or observed. Societies cultural beliefs often reinforce the inequalities we see. Listen was written from the my personal life experiences. This song wasn't written to persuade people to vote a certain way. I'm a Christian and my political views are conservative. However, I recognize that the word of God already answered the issues of injustice in many different ways. Thank you for all the support and encouragement.

We all know individuals who have slipped away after making a profession of faith, and at least from what we can observe have never come back to the fold. This means that we should pray for those who appear to be apostate, asking the Lord to work in their hearts and bring them back to Himself. My Brother's Keeper delves deep into this issue. It was very personal for me and the featured emcees on this song.
