House Funatik has received wide-spread attention in the world of house music as his Instagram account showcases the roots of Chicago house music displaying rare videos, photos and flyers from a time when house music was still forming its identity. 
House Funatik, whose real name is Tim Muñoz, is a DJ that shares his love for the history of house while also being a part of the house music community.

In a decaying Berlin bunker, Marilyn Manson meets Jesus – two extremes clashing between madness and salvation. This track paints a dark, poetic vision of guilt, self-destruction, and spiritual rebirth. Amid shattered glass, chains, and flickering light, a dialogue unfolds—full of noise, despair, and divine darkness. An apocalyptic trip into the depths of the human psyche – somewhere between the Bible and brutalist concrete.

A scream in glass — no ear replies
The light collapses, time denies
Words decay, and sound resigns
The mirror grins with twisted signs

No door — yet I am inside
One eye laughs, the other cries
Mind in chains, the pulse runs wild
I am the flaw they never filed

Seven wounds, yet none are mine
The snitch ascends in serpentine
Through shattered night, a voice replies:

In einem verranzten Berliner Bunker treffen Marilyn Manson und Jesus aufeinander – zwei Extreme zwischen Wahnsinn und Erlösung. Der Track malt ein düsteres, poetisches Bild von Schuld, Selbstzerstörung und spiritueller Wiedergeburt. Zwischen Glassplittern, Ketten und flackerndem Licht entsteht ein Dialog aus Noise, Verzweiflung und göttlicher Dunkelheit. Ein apokalyptischer Trip in die Tiefen des menschlichen Selbst – irgendwo zwischen Bibel und Beton.

Nesto was also heavily influenced and deeply inspired by the thriving San Francisco underground of the late 90’s. In 2008 made the move to the Bay Area after growing up in Stockton , today living in Oakland , Ca .

He’s been blessed with opportunities to collaborate with key players in both the clubs and the underground scene with local heroes like Rick Preston, Jeno, Garth, M3, and Leonard AND with living legends like Doc Martin, Evil Eddie Richards, Terry Francis, Pete Moss, Nathan Coles, Mark Bell, Halo, Tony Rodriquez aka BROTERS VIBE, Tony Hewitt, and Steve Loria,Sunshine Jones , Jay Tripwire , Yousef , Mike Dunn , and Sandy Rivera ,  and important, creative promoters like Sunday Mass, m.deep music, CJ Larsen , Substance , Nesto has helped piece together some of the most epic parties with Tribal Souls, Tocadisco, Monday Night Grooves and Sulco. His ECLECTIC sound is warm, dirty, tech, yet never betrays it’s underlying Afro-Latin Soul. Nesto today is currently involved with  STRUTSF , a monthly event at F8 night club in San Francisco, and SUNSHINE PEOPLE   A free outdoor family event that has  been going on for the past 10 years . Both events continue to thrive thru the Bay Area underground scene.
