Porter and Illenium are the artists that really got me into EDM 3 years ago, and I don't even know how many times I've listened to their albums and simped like crazy.  I was a bit hesitant making this mix since nowadays so many of their fans are pegged as "basic," but honestly their music is freaking amazing, which is why they're so beloved.  I made this mix as a tribute to the 2 artists I look up to the most, and I know you guys have heard these songs a thousand times by now so I hope you guys enjoy all the edits I made in order to give this mix a bit of my own personality :).  Hope you guys enjoy, and I hope this helps with that audio comedown cuz man i feel that LOL

its been a while since i last put out a mix, it's good to be back!

i've been keeping myself occupied the last few months with producing and even starting a twitch channel, and it's been a super challenging but rewarding experience! to be frank, i started this mix in a time of stress and uncertainty. pursuing music feels like a constant uphill battle and i question whether or not i'm even cut out for it.
i kinda vomited this mix out, so you can kinda listen to it like you're listening into my stream of consciousness lol it's filled with a bunch of tracks that i've found inspiring, but also a bunch of edits that were purely made for shits and giggles

welcome to the echod chamber 02.

this mix series is dedicated to bridging together the melodic and heavier sides of electronic music, and volume 02 is no exception. as always, i’ve packed this mix out with insanely creative edits that you won’t hear anywhere else. 

after the enthusiastic reception to volume 01, i definitely raised the bar for myself — so much so, that this has been a project over half a year in the making. after tirelessly working through several creative blocks, artistic self-doubt, and numerous versions… i’m incredibly proud to finally present this piece of my creative vision that i’ve been developing for so long.
