"Kanashibari World is a 9-track journey through memory and machine, crafted by electronic artist Isien. Drawing inspiration from the hazy, analog warmth of Boards of Canada and the neon-lit pulse of 1980s synth pioneers like Gary Numan and Depeche Mode, the album fuses nostalgic IDM textures, lo-fi rhythms, and melancholic synth melodies. Each track feels like a dream half-remembered - equal parts eerie and beautiful - immersing the listener in a retro-futuristic soundscape haunted by the ghosts of VHS tapes, analog static, and synthetic emotion.

Beat Battle 110 hosted by friend @abbey8k -  To make an "Amapiano" track. OK, so I had to do a bit of research here (as I had no clue). Log drum bass (thanks for the free log drum from Decent Sampler/Piano Book), Drums courtesy of UJAM's new "KAYA" Beatmaker plugin and Piano from Heavyocity's "Allure" felt upright. Just a question of layering various synths and instruments on top. I relied heavily on Arturia's free Amapiano preset pack for Pigments for most of the other elements. Not sure I nailed the genre - it might be a bit too different from most Amapiano tracks out there...

THE FOURTH UNRELEASED RECORD "VVAVES" IS THE SISTER ALBUM TO BEYOND THE PINE AND WAS WRITTEN AROUND THE SAME POINT IN 2015. A DECADED LATER IVE DECIDED TO PUBLISH IT.
