Behind the decks, he’s played iconic Berlin spots like Kater Blau, Golden Gate and Renate, as well as Zürich’s Friedas Büxe and Edinburgh’s Cabaret Voltaire.

As a key part of the Zapped Collective and A&R for Zapped Records, he’s been shaping a sound that feels fresh and forward-looking.

Thirteenth orbit of the unframed cast. This time with @vinsk, co-founder of unframed and long-time devotee of groove.

Starting his musical journey at the age of 10, he played and toured in various bands as a guitarist before discovering his love for electronic music in 2016 and stepping behind the decks. Over time, his sound evolved toward minimal structures while keeping a warm, house-infused touch. Driving basslines and playful hi-hats shape his flow.

His natural habitat? The after-hours where spacey, hypnotic sounds meet a steady push that keeps you from going home. Subtle, deep, and endlessly moving.

I've been secretly wanting to play with Papa K since I heard him tear down the Acid Bogen with Jack Clark this summer.  I think it went quite well for it to happen completly sponteneous and improvised and I for sure had a blast in doing so!
