It has been some time now since we heard from everyone's favourite New Zealander. Rest assured though that all is well with David, and he is still composing new music. However, some material has been ready for release for quite some time but is held up at the publisher. Meanwhile, David sends us these new greetings from the sphere where ambient and Indian classical music converge. Dig out your Ramayana and float away on a little lotus leaf along the river of souls. Comes in a jewel case with 16-page booklet.

Bruno is an Argentinian classically trained musician, producer, and composer based in Barcelona who writes for strings, piano, and electronics.  In 1998 he started as a producer for ad21, a personal platform and label. His Piano Textures series, started in 2007, is one of Sanfilippo’s most representative set of recordings, but he has also gained wider recognition in modern music – one of his piano compositions formed the basis for Canadian rapper Drake’s seminal hit, ‘Started From The Bottom’.

City Of Tomorrow

This is a track that I made especially for the SchallPlatte XIII sampler CD that was made by the German Music Club Schallwende EV. The Theme for this CD was literature this time and I chose the book fully titled: 'The Ingenious Gentleman Don Quixote of La Mancha' but I think everybody knows the main person as Don Quixote, the guy that fought wind mills on his donkey, because he thought they were giants. The book was written by Spanish author Miguel de Cervantes and was published in two volumes a decade apart (in 1605 and 1615),

                I was in the garden this morning and saw something I'd been waiting for-those wispy spider webs that

    are only seen in autumn.Bee and I let our garden go wild this year-it's about 75 feet long,enough for interest-
and goldfinches,

    dragonflies and frogs loved it.But it's the webs that get me every time...

                So I decided to drink homemade beer and Glenmorangie and set these diaphanous things into sound.

    And here's the result-the piece is called,rather unimaginatively,'Webs'
