These vocals definitely take the track in a slightly different direction, but they're really interesting from a sound-design perspective.

I like the contextualization of the vocals a bit more, here.

Great track.  The accordion sound gives it a nice Mediterranean vibe at times.

I really love the sounds and the track overall but it feels a little over compressed to me -- I miss feeling some space - especially with these sounds.

this part is terrific - and the mix feels a little better to me, too.  And that main croaking sound is great.

the melody and answer are really nicely done - composition and sounds.  Nice!

This is my entry, "Sunny Days and Chill Waves" for the 196th edition of the KVR One Synth Challenge. All sounds were generated using the Primer 2 Plugin. As always, I appreciate all feedback on how I could improve this track and others in the future.

This is my submission to the #kvraudio #OneSynthChallenge #197 featuring the VST Synth Odin 2 by The Wave Warden

All sounds are coming from the Synth acompanied by a number of moderate tone shaping, mixing and mastering fx. I Mix/Master with MeldaProduction EQ/Compressor, Auburn Lense, Loudmax Limiter. All fx free or built into the DAW. DAW is Bitwig 5.3.x. No Samples. No Postprocessing after the audio export.

Odin 2 -  by The Wavewarden, now with an updated interface.

The sound of this 24-voice polyphonic beast will take you from your studio right to Valhalla! There are three oscillators whose types include analog, wavetable, vector, chiptune, FM, phasemod and noise. Waveforms can also be hand drawn. These can be routed through up to three excellent filters with all the usual types plus comb, formant and ring modulator. For modulation there are envelopes, LFO's, an  x-y pad and an arpeggiator, along with a mod-matrix  for easy routing. The FX section includes delay, phaser, flanger, chorus and reverb, all of which can be easily reordered using drag and drop. The interface is an intuitive semi-modular design, making sound design easy and fun. Odin 2 is free, powerful, fun, and available for Mac/Windows and Linux.

My Submission for August 2025 OSC. 7 Tracks, powered by FLStudio and Quilcomm's Trout. Maximus for loudness.

Based on various incarnations of the Trautonium - a Synth Design originating in the 1930's. I chose Trout because I've wanted to try my hand as something very old and very strange with the plugin. And oh my - it's strange.

Cover is AI generated this time - Colors and some things fixed/added afterwards. My blender skills aren't THAT good. 

Early synths defined some of the sounds and vibes that powered Science Fiction, so I went with something that evoked a dangerous and strange job in space. Enjoy!



Starsickle - Nebulous Journey

Made for the KVR One-Synth Challenge #198 with 32 Instances of the Yamaha DX7 Mk. 1 Hardware-Synthesizer. Every Sound is programmed by myself in Dexed, send as Sysex to the hardware and adjusted on the hardware itself, because the sounds were sometimes a bit off (Keyvelocity. The Attack on the EGs most of the time)
