The last few months, I’ve rediscovered my love for french-house and disco-house from the early 2000s. This one is a bit more melancholic than most of my music; it talks about missing someone or something. In my case specifically, it was about the times of innocence that I miss from my late childhood / early adulthood. I think in this moment, we’re all missing the times we had before all this nonsense started. HLHYBA is imo, an ode to good times & memories."

Emigrating to the US from war-torn Serbia in the early 2000s, kryptogram (born Igor Loncar) grew up in a musically fruitful household. Obsessed with recreating sounds he heard on Daft Punk’s ‘Discovery’, he dove into electronic production at 15, discovering his love for house music.
