Ryan Provost is determined to bring his perspective of the underground dance experience to the masses. In 2019 he founded the event series and record label, Techno Brooklyn, alongside Austin Hunter. Together they are taking charge of the Brooklyn techno scene with their nonstop event schedule. To date they have packed out event spaces with artists and showcases like Camea, Dubfire, Artbat, Maceo Plex, Drumcode, Nicole Moudaber and Anthony Parasole. Prøvost’s burning passion for raw, hypnotic techno makes no exceptions. 

This EP pushes the boundaries of his own production with the titled track, ‘You Are The Universe’. It conveys a beautifully designed melody, layered over pulsing warehouse techno beats. It’s 100% vibe and ignites the heart and imagination on the dance floor.

The second track, Diffusion, gets heady with a deep and hypnotic hook. It’s groovy percussion and suspenseful build transport the raw warehouse techno vibe coming out of Brooklyn at the moment.
Ryan’s previous releases on his Techno Brooklyn imprint, and reputation for his intuitive and mesmerizing DJ sets have paved the way for this EP. We are proud to present ‘You Are The Universe’ on Neverwhere.

Veteran London producer and Smiley Fingers label boss, Larry Cadge, joins the Neverwhere family with three fresh, raw techno bangers ready for the dance floor. After Camea and Larry’s explosive appearance on the Second State SUM Compilation in January, the musical connection was indisputable. Camea’s imprint, Neverwhere, is honored to release Larry’s next solo EP, Dissociative Amnesia.

The titled track is a meteoric, head spinning tune with transformative techno loops and spacious open hi-hats. Larry’s sophisticated production shines through here with a perfectly crafted techno track that will bring vibe to any heated dance floor.

‘Brainwashing’ follows up the titled track with a more subtle but driving groove with distorted, planetary elements that transmute listeners into a dystopian, robotic frame of mind.

‘Synaptic Connections’ closes out the EP in raw, seasoned style with funky, galactic arpeggiations and an animated sub bass. All three tracks are lively, vibey and will blaze dancefloors into the cosmos.
