Irish born, Berlin based producer New Spectrum is an alias dedicated to blurring the lines of electronic and pop, taking focus on big sounds and distinctive melodies. Garnering influences from big beat producers The Chemical Brothers, to house musician Thomas Bangalter and vocalists such as Roisin Murphy.

New Spectrum continues the high output with his new single “The Party’s Shaking”, a big energy banger with screaming vocals, smashing drums and a driving piano that will do as the name suggests.

Building on the traction from his latest single “Different People”, getting weekly support from Radio 1 Djs Pete Tong, Danny Howard and Sarah Story. He continues the journey into the dance world, refining his productions each release and receiving nods from the likes Fatboy Slim, Solomun, Laurent Garnier, Robert Owens and DJ Seinfeld.

New Spectrum adds another lively one to his collection. This one is like a harmonious blend of the Fugees, Basement Jaxx and his own individual flair. He administers the energy with a strong vocal reminiscent of the great Lauren Hill, some classy piano stabs, a moody bridge and all laced with big rolling festival drums. This is sure to be summer uplifter for the season. Gaining more traction on his past releases, he continues to get nods from the likes of Gerd Janson, Fatboy Slim, Busy P, TSHA and DJ Seinfeld.
