Inspired by the interplay between sound and emotions, and fusion of Westetn & Eastern musical genres, influenced by his South Eastetn Balkan heritage. Alexis not only captures the essence of the elusive and enchanting orient , he has been able to fuse it elegantly and not so obviously overwhelming with western harmony and electronica, not taking away authenticity from either, yet creating an experience of  one genre  being delicately complimentary to the other, characterized by oriental maqam style and contemorary harmonies. Envoking deep emotion in the listener, inviting them to reflect on their own emotions and connect with the universal language of sound and rythym.
