This is a demo recording of "Deadbolt", an electric tune written last spring.

Constant Conversation was written during a trip to Konya, Turkey after visiting the Maqam of Jellauddin Rumi.  The melody on the oud came very quickly and I brought it back to Trio Andaluz to add  Meagan's melody and Rumi's words and record it.  This was the first song composed for our second release, "Sights Unseen".

"Sights Unseen" is the title track from Trio Andaluz' second record, released March 26th, 2016.  This track was the last to be written and recorded for the record and came to together very quickly, written about two hours before the final recording session.  The lyrics are concerned with the spiritual realm, and the struggle for personal evolution.  The music shifts meters between 8, 9, and 5 and features the Daf (a persian frame drum with metal rings hung around the skin).

Sights Unseen - Trio Andaluz

This is a solo bass piece i wrote as a tribute to the great Jaco Pastorius.  The song was written in the late 90's and recorded in 2005 straight to tape with no edits or overdubs.

Sailing The Sea Of Stars

Jeremy Bleich incorporates a wide palette of culture, ancient and modern instruments, traditions and forms
and electronic manipulation into the process of creating music.  Jeremy plays bass, oud, piano, guitar and various percussion and drums.
He resides in Santa Fe, New Mexico where he is involved with presenting new music through his House Concert chamber music series;
Grasshopper Music record label, as well as developing children's operrettas for the Santa Fe Opera.
He holds a degree in music composition from Cleveland State University.
