When asked by a local dj to create some sort of club song for his R&B nights, so messed around and dished up this one for him, notsure if I hit the mark... let me know via comments...is it groovy enough?

How was this song made?

Started off layering 4 x Beats (2x Funky 2 x Hip-Hop), to give it that club beat sound and feel, then added the bass piano melody made up of small snippets of sound and key changed to fit. Then added bassline's x 2 one soft bass and one TAL Hot Bass. Then added the higher octave piano melodies and various synth melodies followed by some sounds like a few drum rides and  background light sounds. Then cut up and layered vocals as is.

Effects Used: iZotope Elements 9 on master level and certain instrumentations & Polyverse Wider used for widening vocals and certain instruments.
Synth Used: Roland JD-Xi (never leave home without it)
DAW Used: FruityLoops
