Well first of all the cover features a shot of the Trump Tower in Atlantic City being demolished. It's a freeze frame because along with all of the dead statements, name calling, brooding, loss of loved ones, and the current movements leftover from the past 4 years, the freeze frame represents the fact that it's not completely gone away. That building isn't actually fully demolished to the ground.

This comes after the White House Roundtable conference at the same time to "appreciate" Law Enforcement and the representative they chose to showcase was a drug addict from Louisville who was made into complete top in the midst of all this trauma nationwide. For the most part as the candid shot that is signed by the photographer as the cover of this album, the figure is a representation of the many interest that take most of the day up until you get to the place where you meet other like minded people.
