Poppa Jax is a proud Wahine Māori nō te iwi o Ngāti Raukawa.
This talented DJ calls Tāmaki Makaurau her home & musical playground.

Her musical repertoire is as diverse as it is electrifying, spanning genres from Hip Hop, Global Club, and anything that brings excitement & movement to the dancefloor. 

She’s been full throttle since returning from her Australia tour last year.
Straight into a hectic summer playing show’s all over Aotearoa some of which include Souled Out, Soundsplash, Splore & has opened for international icon’s such as Jyoty, Girls Don’t Sync & Pxssy Palace.

Not only a DJ; she’s a promoter & curator. It’s important to keep lineup’s diverse & every creative in the industry paid & looked after. She curates & hosts club takeover’s as well as her popular club night “Poppa’s” highlighting local DJ’s & creating a safe space for music lovers to party.

With her meteoric rise, Poppa Jax is a weapon & one to keep an eye on.
