New Stellar Star is the Canadian Pop/Rock solo project of Singer Songwriter, Artist and Actor Chris Bullock. 
Chris began his project in Buffalo, NY  having recorded a majority of his debut EP at the Goo Goo Dolls Studio. Having spent time making his record in both New York and Los Angeles Chris recorded a records worth of material.  

Over the years as a musician Chris has worked with well known industry talent including Dale Penner/Nickelback, Buffalo Guitarist David Julian/ Korel Tunador/Goo Goo Dolls, Mixer/Producer Mike Brylinski/The Goo Goo Dolls and Winnipeg Guitarist Grant Miller and an incredibly stellar line up of sessional musicians from around the globe. 

Chris' music can be described as modern day Pop/Rock with driving sing along anthems. New Stellar Star has played a variety of shows ranging from intimate acoustic performances to much larger venues. NSS performed at a fundraising event for Haiyan Relief in 2013, as well as a fundraising concert at the University of Manitoba for Haiti Relief  in 2010. 

Chris is currently busy working on a slew of projects including his acting career and is very involved in the art and design world as a self taught modern contemporary abstract Art Painter. 
New Stellar Star music was part of the soundtrack to the film H&G having its world premier at the Vancouver International Film Festival  in fall 2013 as well as screenings in Los Angeles and releases in select theatres across Canada and  the US in 2014.

Chris' music has also been used on CTV television show Trucker Television. In 2014 , New Stellar Star made the semi-finals for Manitoba Songfest wherein out of 166 Manitoba Bands, New Stellar Star advanced to the finals  placing Top 6 of the best songs in Manitoba for Songfest 2014 . Chris will also be appearing in a Songfest documentary appearing on MTS Television in the fall. 

New Stellar Star is releasing a brand new record on January 22nd, 2016.
