It’s almost a cautionary tale, warning that although things appear fine on the surface, that isn’t always the case. “How can it rain, when the skies are blue?” Why does rain fall from seemingly clear skies? Why do tears fall from seemingly happy faces? “How can it hurt when you smile so much?”

Things can appear perfect on the surface, skies can appear clear and people can appear to be happy, hiding behind a blue sky smile.

Established in 2013, the band consists of original members Alec Smith and Lewis Newton with Heather Smith featuring in their most recent work.
