“Take Care” is the last track off of Northside KUISi-Beny Esguerra and New Tradition Music (NTM)s 3rd Volume of A New Tradition. It honours the present time we are living by offering a message to our future selves with a reminder to: take care. Featuring Dj Grouch and Classic Roots, the genre is a puya rapida as played in the Afro-Indigenous community of San Jacinto, Colombia using the traditional música-de-gaita instrumentation while incorporating, turntables, boom bap beats and effects provided by the MPC beatbox. The music video recaps the events the world is going through, which are the themes of the album. 

Themes include: recent mass exodus from south to north, the honouring of our ancestors and treaties, environmental justice, the celebration of our instruments and traditions, global indignation, resistance, community collaboration, healing and the dialogue between past, present and future.
