Never sure what I am making these days (maybe you can tell me):-)but when I listen to this one I get visuals of the journey to raindance at SeOne way back, butterflies and anticipation/uncertainty of the night, then the bass drops as you enter the venue (after an OTT ball search, those that know...)and quickly forces you to head nod and grimace while you feel those first waves and realise your in for a bit of surfing!

Basically I think it's kind of techy house but with a bit of breakbeat and maybe some industrial techno, but im not sure about the latter as I've never heard any lol. Anyway.... hope you like it :-)

NEX2 Total Recall

Inspired by earlier raving years, but rather than the actual rave, I reckon this ones more the warm up vibe. 

It was almost a religious process to go to that one mates who somehow had a place that you could just abuse, and the responsible adults were cool with it being turned into something like an old skool pirate radio studio, thankfully the toilet always flushed mind, but there was nothing but vibes and positive outlook for the night ahead in that flat.

Anyway..back to the story, this tune is when your in the cab on the way to the venue and you get the driver to wack your favorite pirate station on probably a bit louder than they are comfortable with.... its  when your all 4/5 down of the 6 can warm up deal, you've just called the cab and quite frankly you don't give a dam :-)

NEX2 Raindance

Created this one after visiting an estate in east london I had not been to for a long time, one of those places you know there's allot going on behind closed doors.

Had also been checking some drill stuff that weekend and had some toothache too.. so that could also have been a factor.

Somewhat of a darkside/funk bass  liquid roller? if such a thing exists :-)
One of those that just slipped out, like a fart in the lift, but in a good way.

It's definitely a bit stinky but I think the dark funk just edges it, let me know :-)

Another darker drum and bass amen roller, sometimes it's better to walk the path alone than carrying others who may, or may not choose to help when you along the way.
