It will get better but it won't get easier. We learn how to manage it, Not how to fix it. Life happens and it's shity sometimes when it does. It's important to get back up after we fall. Work on your self, take up running, go to the gym, take up a new hobby to help. Stay strong, stay resilient, but don't stay weak.

The portrait of a sound artist and his relation to the non-human is not only vibrational but intuitive, conscious, real, creative, human, inherent, flowing, ancestral and loving.

We are often caught between watery worlds.  In an AI-mediated listening environment, this video portrait foregrounds the Mediterranean as an ecotone—a threshold space where human, non-human, and more-than-human soundscapes converge, overlap, and negotiate relational listening. Through the movement of water, a story unfolds, generating an immersive listening experience that positions its authors in relation to nature, the abstract, the urban in a constant flux of movement. The Mediterranean landscape—with its fragile ecosystems, histories of migration, and cultural entanglements—becomes not only a source of material but also a conceptual frame for reimagining human and non-human relations.
