Did You Ever Have a Nokia Phone takes me back to my childhood – the iconic Nokia phones, their unforgettable ringtone, and the simple, carefree days of the 90s. I’ve always loved those times when life felt slower, and every little ringtone brought a small joy.

With this song, I wanted to combine smooth deep house vibes with high-energy drum & bass rhythms, so you can dance, chill, and relive a little nostalgia all at once. I hope this track brings a smile to your face and a bit of 90s magic into your day.

Lorynvel – Did You Ever Have a Nokia Phone

It all started when Post Malone accidentally signed the wrong contract at a tequila tasting in 2019. What he thought was a brand deal turned out to be a binding intergalactic research mission funded by a mysterious group known only as The Loop Council — a bunch of aliens in disco tracksuits studying human sadness through BPMs.

He woke up orbiting Earth in a space station shaped like a giant turntable. The only thing playing on repeat was his own voice whispering, “We couldn’t turn around…” over and over.
The walls pulsed. The bass hummed. The shampoo floated.

After 173 days of emotional turbulence and zero gravity beer pong, Post started to lose it. Every time he tried to move forward, the ship turned him back — literally. He was stuck in circles. The Council called it “research.” He called it “the worst tour ever.”

Then, one night, as the station rotated over Berlin (because of course it did), a pirate signal cut through the static. It was Uberan Mino, broadcasting illegally from an abandoned rave bunker in orbit just above Brandenburg.

“Post,” said the voice through the cosmic reverb,
“You’ve sung about circles long enough. Let’s make them spin.”

So they linked up through a wormhole made entirely of fog machine mist and bad decisions. Uberan Mino connected his Focusrite directly into a star. 

When the final drop hit, the space station exploded into glitter. Post landed gently in a Berlin kebab shop parking lot, surrounded by ravers in astronaut suits eating fries and crying from joy. He looked up at the stars, whispered,
“Guess we’re just going in circles,”
and disappeared into the smoke machine.

This remix was recovered years later from a crashed USB satellite.
They say if you play it loud enough, you can still hear him orbiting.
