I made this mix for my most recent half marathon and I’ve decided to share it! The whole mix is 136 bpm (except 3 tunes I needed to pitch up to keep the groove) with the intention of helping one to keep a steady pace. The mix is designed to get you to the finish line. It starts off with bouncy percussion to get you off the mark before entering a mixture of up beat bumpers and techy rollers to keep you in the zone. It’s a journey through many of the styles of music that I love to hear on the dance floor as its no secret that sometimes raving can feel like a marathon too! Enjoy :)
