I have recorded the acoustic guitar in my home-studio with the doors open, you can hear some background noises like birds, cars in the distance. I have added a drone to the recording and a strange delay which sampled fragments from the recorded guitar and randomly give it back.

About the album:
I have continued to work with A=432Hz tuning, exploring the possibilities of sustained sounds. I have been working towards an even more static atmosphere than on my previous albums.

I'm very interested in the role of time in this kind of music. The sounds have a different effect and meaning depending on how long they last. To me, the music becomes a vehicle to accomplish a meditative state.

In our latest Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) podcast, Tracey Herlihey, head of patient safety incident response policy, in the national patient safety team, is joined by Vicky Ainsworth, a communications lead at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trus,t and Stuart Kaill, from Health Innovation Manchester, to discuss ways of communicating about large scale change projects in NHS organisations.

The podcast explores Vicky’s experience of leading on communications for a large scale change project in Manchester, with a specific focus on sharing advice and suggestions relating to communicating the changes related to PSIRF. It includes expert tips on how to communicate large scale change to different audiences as well as within both large and small organisations.

The single most overlooked and under-appreciated aspect of our society is the way domestic propaganda is used to shape the way mainstream westerners perceive and think about their world.

Typically the only time you'll ever hear the word "propaganda" mentioned in mainstream discourse is in reference to things other countries do to their own citizenry or as part of foreign influence operations, despite the fact that the overwhelming majority of the times we've encountered propaganda in our day to day lives, the call was coming from inside the house.

The western media have been exposing their role as propagandists for the US-centralized empire a bit more than usual lately. Here are a few recent examples.
