I don't know what you're going through, but I've been through some rough shit myself and managed to come out the other side. I wanna say, take it day by day, one breath at a time, one meal at a time. Just focus on what you put in- what you put into your body, going for a little walk or having a nap.

أحياناً أحس كأني شايلة الدنيا فوق كتافي، كأن كل شيء لازم يكون تمام، بس أنا داخلي مو تمام. التعب مو بس تعب جسد، هو تعب روح مليانة مشاعر مخنوقة. أعيش يومي وأنا أضحك وأحاول أكون طبيعية قدام الناس، لكن الحقيقة؟ أنا منهكة.

أكثر شي يتعبني هو الكتمان. أحس كأني حبست كل شي بصدري، ومهما حاولت أفضفض أو أبكي، ما ألقى الراحة.

الكل يظن إني ما أحتاج أحد. كأن القوة اللي يشوفونها فيني خلتهم ينسون إني إنسانة. أحياناً أبغى أحد يسمعني، مو يحكم، بس يسمعني.

أوقات الليل هي الأصعب. أحب الليل لأنه هادي، لكنه يعري كل شعور حاولت أغطيه. أجلس بيني وبين نفسي، وأقول: “إلى متى؟”

أحاول أصبر، أحاول أكون قوية، لكن الصبر يستهلكني. جسمي تعبان، وقلبي ثقيل. تعبت من إني أضحك وأنا من جوه ما أقدر أتنفس.

ومع كل هذا، ما زلت أكمل. يمكن لأني ما أعرف غير إني أكمل.
