K.A.L.I.L. returns to Sprout after making a fuss with labels like Electric Ballroom, and teams up with Spuri to deliver 3 fine tracks.

Kicking off with Belarus, this cool bassline led gem gently unfurls its dirtiness, as it intensifies, but also brightens at the same time as the melodic layers intersperse before the vocal lands to create all kinds of havoc, just before the bass slams back in to knock your socks off.

Aranda is next, and keep a similar vibe, but dubbier and tougher and this number grabs you by the scruff of your neck and throws you around the dancefloor, as mad synths and fx intersperse.

Petra rounds of the EP ,a dn has a nice bright arp sound gracing the moody bassline, before a big synth line takes us to a bit of a moment for the dancefloor!

A damn fine EP.

BIO/ Discography:

Nic Bax, born in ´81 Hanau/Germany - grew up in Holland/Netherlands - then moved to the south of Germany, is a singer-songwriter-producer who loves to play with different styles and sounds. He is always looking for interesting and often unusual combinations of natural (urban), traditional and future, synthie sounds. Combine those different sounds mix it up and create something new is his focus and passion of making music.

Not only the charismatic and unique style of producing tracks with selfmade and/ or alternative instruments makes this extraordinary, it is also his deepsounding suffering voice, the little vocal parts inside that makes these songs special. Always with a thoughtful, melancholic style the songs should inspire, freemind and touch people.

His debut „Zeit“ was released in 2012 by Festival Lounge Records – now known as „dikommmusic“.

Much support (releases) over the last years came from Let Kolben... „Kommunikation Records“/ "ACHT". Nic Bax is proud being a part of it!

A new project named "Nic Bax & Erasmus" has already started in Summer 2017. The producer duo from southern germany currently working on new tracks and videos with the passion for deep & soulful house music.... watch out! So be excited whats coming next... One Love.
