Hey, Jon here (AKA Ice Fish) just wanted to make a few medium sized announcements. To start I want to apologize for my lack of activity and project completion this past year. I went off to college and music took a major back seat to school. 

I released this song a little over a year ago on my main account, but I really was unhappy with the result. To be honest I really hate it now, but to me it serves as a symbol of a great learning lesson. So, I decided to take it down and spend time on my own learning to hone my production skills and what not. Ultimately this lead to me becoming even more frustrated with my music making me a very unproductive producer (lol). I would start a song, be so excited, loose focus, get stuck, and give up on it. Basically it’s been a yearlong writers block and every time I failed, I isolated myself further, thinking solitude would help my skills…

After almost a year of not releasing anything, I’ve realized how dumb that is. Back when I was more active in the community, my skills grew far more rapidly and I enjoyed production a lot more. Although this may not be true for others, Interacting with people is the greatest method for me to improve.

Long story short, I’ve made this account as an attempt to be more active and re-engage with the ever so wonderful community of music producers. This is where I'll be dumping WIPs, goofs, dish sounds, gnarly samples, and songs I'll probably never finish! Please roast me on my production techniques and complain about my mixing! Also feel free provide words of encouragement and motivation as well (really goes a long way!) On top of sharing what I’ve been working on, I’d love to hear what everyone has been up to!
