"The album was recorded in 3 consecutive days in which we just jammed - hence the name of the album - JAM - and was the initiative of Harake - a project of Kol HaCampus 106fm radio.

The general idea was to get into the studio, without any songs in advance, and jam using our equipment and some extra instruments to create a live album.

The result is a collection of intuitive tracks all made on the spot, very different from the trio's usual work process - in layers and over time.

Thanks to this process, the tracks got a dynamic living character that compliments the electronic format, giving the album its unique colour.

The sessions got an unexpected twist due to the November 2012 bombings in Israel/Palestine. Alarms that set off at peak moments got us all into a very specific zone which gave birth to some of the songs - Master Of Rockets, I Cried, What Is Madness are among its' children.

This past year was a good one for the man, from time spent on the Australian coast, to experiencing living in Paris before moving to New York, there were plenty of opportunities for him to create some lasting moments and inspire his music.

A laid-back ode to the Australian way of life and the surf culture. A celebration of the time spent by a fire, the laughs and drinks shared with friends and the sun warming our skin & soothing our souls.

New single from the next album!

I grew up on a street in Western Helsinki called "Ruusutarhantie", which means "Rose Garden Road". I recently visited that place for nostalgia's sake when I went to visit my family back home in Finland last December.

That place triggered so many memories. They had cut down a huge linden tree that used to be there, but otherwise the place looked exactly as I remembered it from childhood. The houses appeared to be smaller though, but maybe I've just grown bigger.
