"This is kippers for breakfast, toe curling wonder, zest on the tongue, salt in the wind, tequila burn in the chest good. I just felt Bananrama It’s Not What You Do It’s the Way That You Do It. I smell some Kate Bush influences too. Damn, I listened to the first 42 seconds over and over again. From the wondrous simplicity of the bass, the toms and the vocals “can you hear my heartbeat”. We enter the weirdness from there, nice weirdness, like deep fried mars bars, weaving a musical batter, turning your brain into a crispy exterior whilst melting your mind into a warm delightful goo on the inside."
