There’s a mystical place in the heart of Rotterdam, oddly tucked in between the corporate buildings. Bright light boards and red velvet carpets, it's a small cinema that still breaths its old-school grandeur. That’s where the Cinerama Adventures project was born, lead by its staff supervisor DJ Overdose. The result are two tracks that go from modern flavored freestyle to sleazy darkroom experiments, both accompanied by the instrumental versions.

Brisbane grit-hop band Spirit Bunny are back with Stomping, the second single off their upcoming album set for release mid-2021.

'Stomping' hypnotically compels you to dance, with a heavy drum beat and enchanting Commodore 64 and Casio lines that weave their way through the song. Lyrically, ‘Stomping’ has glimpses of summer storms rolling in but never eventuating.

The verses encompass suburban summers trapped in domestic repetition and ever-increasing humidity. The ganged chorus vocal is, however, unambiguous - declaring its intent and the irritation brought on by an unrelenting Queensland summer.

Spirit Bunny are Joel Saunders (A Country Practice, Feet Teeth), Kate Thomas (Feet Teeth) and Cameron Smith (Ghost Notes, Tape/Off, Terra Pines). The trio combine intense musicianship with a desire to create immersive experimental pop via often obsolete instruments repurposed into new life.

The track follows up their single 'Paper Handshakes' which received airplay across the country and secured Number 38 in the 4ZZZ Hot 100.
