His uncle and father were DJs, and he inherited those records and his parents' wishes and started working as a DJ at the age of 17. 
In Okinawa he organizes Balearic parties hosting DJs from overseas.

A special duo project featuring Haco (vocals, effects) and Terre Thaemlitz (electronics, voice).
Yesterday's Heroes' debut album 1979 (released on La Louche in 2004) is an ambitious and unique pop collaboration between two artists who are better known for their experimental work. The concept called for the two of them to form a 1979-early 1980s new wave group and perform as younger, inexperienced versions of ourselves. Not quite Thaemlitz, not quite Haco, but a kind of "after-school" album. The songs, which have been described as "New Wave opera," recall classic techno-pop and industrial beats, but also seem to overlap with the coolness of today.

Haco（ヴォーカル、エフェクト）とテーリ・テムリッツ（エレクトロニクス、ヴォイス）によるスペシャル・デュオ。彼らが2004年にリリースしたデビュー作『1979』は、実験音楽の領域で活動する二人のアーティストによる、ユニークでポップな野心作。このコラボレーションのコンセプトは、79年あたりから80年代初期にかけてのニューウェーブのグループという設定。そしてまだ世にでる前の、青くさい自分たちを演じること。テムリッツにあらず、Hacoにあらず、二人の放課後編というべきもの。"ニューウエーブ・オペラ" と称されるこのアルバムは、懐かしのテクノポップやインダストリアル・ビートの時代へさかのぼりつつも、現在の背景に冷やかにオーバーラップされている。

Passionate about music mainly focusing on its darker shades from minimal-wave to industrial, Ludi has always enjoyed travelling around Europe for concerts, festivals and parties. She first started to DJ at post-punk/coldwave parties in France in the early 2000's. Nowadays residing in Berlin, she is a member of Dis/Tanz, a D.I.Y. collective organizing benefit parties for causes usually related to queer and women's rights. In the past years she played amongst others at Kalabalik (SE), Gothic Pogo, Waveteef (BE) and Return to the Batcave (PL) Festivals, as well as at TIQ, Ceremonies, Herzschlag x Detriti, Gegen in KitKat Club, Rituals, opening for Kompromat at Berghain Kantine, Fabrika Festival in Berlin, Decadence in Bologna (IT) and Electrowerkz in London (UK).

The Essential Mix is a weekly radio show on BBC Radio 1 currently broadcast between 0:00 - 2:00 AM UK time on Saturday morning. Originally broadcast on 30 October 1993, the Essential Mix features contemporary DJs and music producers of electronic dance music. The show has been presented since its inception by Pete Tong and features an uninterrupted two-hour mix from a different artist each week, overlaid with occasional continuity announcements delivered by Tong. With a broadcast run in excess of 25 years, the Essential Mix is one of the longest-running programmes in the current BBC Radio 1 schedule, and is one of very few Radio 1 shows which is not broadcast live.
