your beauty and your attitude 
dear father, I hope I can make you proud, not live in silence, be loud
dear husband, I  want you to know you're 
my savior to the end
dear children, I pray I've raised you to know true friends

know that when I'm weak, I will continue to rise
be there to the end
hold back them tears, you don't need to cry

you can do this
have a bit of trust
when they let you down
know I'll be there, that's a must 

I'll fight for you
I'll cry for you
forever, I'll be
by your side
yep, that's true

the things I've seen
this world is full of hate
trust only in yourself 
the others can wait 

there will be liars
hearts broken, and friends lost 
family will pass 
as time goes on
but know in our hearts 
we will all one day be one

there will be good, and there will be bad
sometimes you'll be angry 
while other days you may feel sad

you'll have kids one day and a home to come back too
a job to go back and forth, and a family that will always love you

the worry and stress will rise
but as you get older 
you start to realize, there's more that meets the eye
