Acid Techno all the way 1.

After looking for an old Tribal flyer, I uncovered a stash of cassettes that were over 20 years old…

  Recordings from the time I was promoting the Tribal parties in London, around 1999-2000.

Heavy hypnotic tribal techno, played on 3 decks and FX.

All vinyl, all live, no sync button so you can hear the tension in every mix.

The recordings are extremely old, some of the tapes are crackly and partially chewed, but I’m in the process of recording them to clean up & upload what I can.

This is the first recording from the Tribal sessions: Formula 1 Techno.

This is my first mix of Acid and Hard techno since my last party at Nuclear Free Zone in 2008! It was done for a Techno Radio show on 27th of July 2013. This mix includes 10 new, promo tracks.

All other tracks have either appeared on my Record Label (Getafix Records) or are my tracks on other record labels (Stay Up Forever; Routemaster; Bang On; DPIM etc.) I hope you enjoy the mix, and please download, share, and repost.

This is kind of a retake of spontaneously combusted. The original mix had a massive glitch just over halfway through and I wasn't totally sold on the mix. This was the third attempt at this mix, as I had a similar glitch on the 2nd attempt, at almost the exact same point on one of the same tunes, but it wasn't anything to do with the tunes, just bizarre and annoying to have to keep rerecording it.
