A short snippet of a song i'm working on using  techniques and other skills learned in music theory classes i'm taking.

Nick Jones - Haunted Casino

This is the first song I ever sat down and did all the instruments for (excpet the drums, theyre programmed), spent time mixing and editing, eq'ing, compressing, and adjusting. It took me only a few hours, but I felt if I wanted to start doing this for my career I need to start doing it now. So I present, "Crew" the first song I ever really produced. Oh, and sorry about the random bass noodling at the end. I liked the bass tone.

The second track that I produced. This one was much less complex than the first song I did. This time, it's pop punk instead of metal. I wrote this song in like 2012, and it was the first of many pop punk songs I have now written. In fact, I am planning on recording all the tracks I had originally planned for an EP, and releasing it under the name "The Best of Us". I guess this can be the single. 

The Best Of Us - Problems

This is the next song I chose to produce out of my large catalog of songs i've written. This one is inspired by the foo fighters, plus I made this track extra guitar-heavy. It contains very light amounts of shredding here and there.  I also felt this one almost sounded like a theme from a sonic video game. Oathkeeper is the name of my fictitious rock band, It's just a moniker I write these style of songs under. There are a few different Oathkeeper styles, This, a little more atmospheric, Circa Survive type of music, and a little heavier style. I will be uploading more Oathkeeper Tracks as they are being produced.
