a raw french electro-pop EP with four tracks circling around one idea: forgetting. <3

dark basslines, glittering synths, and sharp beats meet vulnerable French lyrics that cut straight through.
each song feels like a night drive through neon streets... fragments of memories flicker, then fade.
sometimes forgetting hurts, sometimes it feels like freedom, and sometimes it just sounds like a kick drum hitting too hard.

this EP isn’t polished nostalgia! It’s the rough beauty of erasing, moving on, and losing yourself to the music.

Created using Ableton for sequencing, beats, and samples. All synth sounds are from the Arturia Microbrute, modulated by Make Noise Maths, and processed with Behringer effects pedals and VST. Some drums also resampled/processed through the effects pedals. Also, AM radio static going into the audio input on the Microbrute on some synth parts to make it more percussive. Non-Ableton effects VST: CamelCrusher distortion and Fromage filter. Train sounds extracted from a video shot by me. Vocal samples from The Black Hole (1979).
