This is a song made by the Innuendo and Samiiwave for Chaos Nightmare Season 2, I don't know much about it, but I'm assuming this is the v2 of that phantasm mod, which this probably is. It features a father fighting against NMi after his child died of starvation playing Sonic 2 because he felt something in it loved him, unlike his father who neglected him.
