In 1995 the Nigerian political writer and protestor Ken Saro-Wiwa was executed by the military dictatorship government for opposing the petroleum exploitation by Royal Dutch Shell. I used voice samples from BBC World Service to go with a peice of disturbing muzak I was composing.

I visited the Krishna Temple in Soho to do a bit of recording in 2000.
I used samples from that happenstance to make this audio-montage from the event

The-Krishna-Stomp

I was recording a bit of music on the 28 February 1993.
The Waco siege started up on the news later that day. 
I used one of the tracks to record stuff about Waco from the radio.
Then there was the conclusion to the siege added later in the music.
I`m still working on it. But today is the 20`th anniversary of the beginning of the seige.
The rest is history.
