Here is my rendition of "Medley from Link's Awakening". This beautiful movement is from The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses and the movement does such an amazing job of telling the story of Koholint Island and its inhabitants. The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (1993) is a title to the series that is whimsical, but has a dark side as well. While playing the game, you will encounter villains and characters from the Mario series and other Nintendo franchises.

I just had to take a stab at this musical masterpiece and arrange it for concert band setting! This theme is so majestic and energizing that it has been in my head since the premiere. For concert band, you will notice that there are no strings included in this arrangement. We will hopefully get a title for this entry in the Legend of Zelda Franchise soon!

"Trailer Theme" for the Sequel to the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2

"Medley from Skyward Sword" - Mahito Yokota, Takeshi Hama, Hajime Wakai, Chad Seiter. This rendition was scored for Concert Band with some minor changes by Nicholas J. Cannady. The movement is from The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses Series. 

When I first heard the entire symphonic movement, I always wanted to take a shot transcribing and making edits to the piece. This was fun as I worked on this and what a better time to present the movement then right after The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD release.

Parts include: Piccolo, (2) Flutes, Oboe, Bassoon, (3) Clarinets, Bass Clarinet, (2) Alto Saxophone, Tenor Saxophone, Baritone Saxophone, (3) Trumpets, (4) Horns, (3) Trombones, Euphonium, Tuba, Bass, Chimes, Bells, Piano, Harp, Timpani, Snare Drum, Bass Drum, Wind Chimes, and Auxiliary Percussion.

Space Jam!! I made a very broad interpretation on the theme "Space Jam", Not only does the show have collections from "Space Jam:The Movie", but other selections from Space. I can proudly say that I arranged this full score.

I am trying to become a arranger/composer. What i've been arranging lately is marching band shows. This is a show that I just got done blogging about on my site www.nickcanmusic.tumblr.com. This show is entitled "MULAN: The Story of A Warrior". I arranged this show completely by myself. This show has 4 movements, with one sub-movement. The total run time is around 12 minutes.
