Klinikum marks the long awaited and highly anticipated return of Nick Galemore to Kindisch as an independant artist since his debut and widely praised EP 'Vorbote' back in 2012. While he's released 2 EP's with his studio partner Gregor Treirweiler since then, Nick has decided it's time to get back to what he started in 2012.  We couldn’t be happier to have him back. 

The result of spending the past 3 years hiding out in his Berlin studio is a uniquely brilliant work full of beautiful aesthetic and moving drama-inducing cinematic qualities. Unique and at times unconsciously alien like, leaving open the doors for wonder and interpretation....

Once again Nick Galemore returns to Kindisch with Désolé, a two track EP showcasing two different facets of his artistic expression. The title track is a melancholic blend of distant arpeggios and swelling bass tones, supported by a simple bassline that delivers a solid groove. The percussion opens with a naked kick and builds itself with a natural and organic feel throughout, but it’s the delicate touches of the rising horns that give the track its warmth and emotion. On the other side of the scale is ‘Eager’. Here Nick leads us on a darker path into the night. Opening with nothing but piano lines, the track builds tension with its intense percussion before finally delivering a healthy amount of bass through the deep kicks. What follows is a storm of piano, aggressive ambience and sweat.

‘Your Majesty Slowly’ is the first two-track teaser from Nick Galemore’s upcoming debut album ‘Are We Having Fun Yet?’.

Despite its title; ‘Demise & Despair’, glows with a smooth warmth that spills over us ever so gracefully, drowning our sorrows in sublime piano melodies while whispering sweet sentiments. A track for home and the floor, it lifts the spirits and moves the feet while warming the soul in all the right ways. The title track then shifts horizons to tell a tale of a deep brooding bass bouncing under the moody swells and growls of a restless machine waking as the rhythm takes hold. Your Majesty’s sequence slowly rips its way into the mix, tearing at the seams and feeding the fire with a sinister energy. This is just a taste of what’s to come, so stay tuned for more info soon!
