Went to the cemetery late last night
man did I ever get a fright
the tombstones they were rising
the dead were talking
it was a resurrection

hiding my fears - avoiding detection
when all of a sudden in harmony
the breathing bones they did sigh

then one of the bodies stood on a tombstone
saying “every dog will have its’ bone

‘Twas then that I realized to my surprise

Daily Rituals is the title track to this EP. Our daily rituals make us who we are, for better or for worse. In a world where our free time is scarce, it is imperative to choose some daily rituals that will improve our lives. Drifting through life is not an option. It is such a gift to be living in this realm and experiencing all life has to offer, let's be purposeful about how we spend our one finite resource, our time.

This one goes to your heart but also tickles your funky bone. I would like to dedicate this to a few people. My friend and his late Mum, my sister, my friends and all who care to listen to it.

Black Lava

A full time, freelance children's book illustrator, introduced to Magix music making software in January 2014.  Haven't been near music production since school about a hundred years ago.  Can't play a note, and sing like a drain unblocking - Hence any music I may eventually have the nerve to upload is all created using midi/vst instruments playing compositions created in the piano roll editor.   The Magix forum dedicated to music production is the only place to suffer my creations so far.  Didn't realise it could be so much fun though.  Woohoo.
