between the release of the Kicks & Kent EP and "up past 1am" I started digging deeper with my style. these songs don't really have any other place but I still wanted to put them out to some capacity.

I was in the middle of changing my overall style so this is also between me changing from "Ricky Kent" to "Nick Jonesy". So in essence these are the lost songs by RK.
