With this tribute to the talented duo behind Project GHIZ, Gorje Hewek & Izhevski, I wanted to share my appreciation for their incredible music. 

They had some quality releases on well known labels, but I want to highlight their amazing releases on Shanti Radio that I consider to be some of their best work.

Under the name GHIZ, these earlier productions showcase a unique and edgy style that I truly love. The melodies are simply beautiful and the overall flow of the music is captivating.

Newman’s music, characterized by its warm meditative quality and ethereal soundscapes, has made its way onto industry-leading labels such as Armadillo Records, Akbal Music, Hoomidaas Records, JOOF Recordings, Manual Music, Seven Villas, The Soundgarden, Sudbeat Music, and Stripped Recordings.
