The artist known as Nick Noir first started writing under this pen name five years ago and has recorded two full length releases under this name. He's performed the material with a full band (with brass section) in manhatten and as a three piece (guitar bass drums) as well as solo in Brooklyn. He hosted an open mike in Brooklyn from 2006 - 2009 as well as a series of internet broadcast interviews with up and coming artists from NYC and as far away as Italy and Sanfrancisco interviewing most notable one of the co-founder of creative commens Lisa Rein. Recently he has revisited the material from the 2006 release "art of the state" as electro remixes. This artist has over 20 releases under differnt artist names and as named producer for other artiists on over two dozen commercially released tracks and cds.
