In the wake of strained race relations, the senseless killings of American citizens at the hands of police increase the tension and social denigration. As a result, Nick Pratt, a socially conscience rapper and political activist has pledged to combat the growing police brutality epidemic.

The antidote for Nick has materialized as a musical elixir of hard pounding tracks and vivid lyrical proclamation.  Nick is releasing a free mixtape entitled Dream Deferred in February 2017 in hopes of penetrating the minds and hearts of all, the ones who victimize and the ones who are victimized. Notably, his message is one of love, acceptance, tolerance and not hate driven revolt.

His first infusion of hope comes in the form of a single called "Wait". Nick collaborated with fellow Fort Worth native rapper/producer Willstrumentals, music industry veteran Torrence "T. Riff" Riff, and R&B legend Dave Hollister. The song delivers a rehabilitative and hopeful injection while simultaneously chronicling the perilous exploits of rouge police action.

Wait is listed as a T. Riff recording and is available in all digital stores. Proceeds from sale of this record go to the National Police Accountability Project, ΚΑΨ, & ΩΨΦ.
