Before anything else, I want to thank everyone who has been on this journey with me since day one. It has been wild, but I feel so blessed to be able to create a soundtrack out of moments in life. After my last release in 2016, Beyond Me, I felt the urge to embark on a new journey to define myself as an artist more distinctly. I wanted the sounds and the stories to be raw and ravishing. I wanted to write songs that express the different tones of my autonomy. My intention was... the more I open up, the more everyone will connect to the music. The upcoming volumes of GEMTONES are very specific, whether it be a storyline, a style, or a combination of both, I'm being very precise with my purpose and passion for each song. To start, Volume 1 speaks on a vulnerable experience with love, and the willingness to fall for love, by falling in love. The reward after the risk is discovering the beauty in that one kiss. This my tone and these are my gems, "Fire" & "The Feel".
