For me, the entire track is a clarity, a very long and calm one, its behind the fog, and it seems like the Caretaker is trying to grasp onto the last memories and tries to say goodbye, as the disease is not gonna just go away, its gonna get worse

But i think, this still might be the moment, the ability to move is still washed away at this point...
